Our commitment

North Bay Wealth Management is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable for as many people as possible.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA - the standard most widely referenced for website accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site periodically and as we add or change content, and we work to address issues as they are identified.

Measures we take

• Color and text contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds throughout the site.
• Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, and a "skip to main content" link.
• Descriptive labels and ARIA attributes on interactive elements, forms, and dialogs.
• Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" setting, which turns off animation.
• Meaningful alternative text on images and a logical, consistent heading structure.

Third-party content

Some features rely on third-party services we do not control - for example, our scheduling tool and the independent custodian and reporting portals reached through Client Login. We choose established providers and encourage them to maintain accessible experiences, but their conformance is ultimately their responsibility. If you encounter a barrier with any of these tools, please tell us and we will help you complete what you need another way.
